bspoke athletics provides training, coaching and consulting to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. The foundation is in a personalized and scientific approach to exercise and training that is both smart and effective.

Our goal is to empower you with knowledge and information about your own body and you can keep it fine-tuned for fitness and performance now, tomorrow and into the future.

The Whole Body
At bspoke athletics, we take a holistic approach to each client’s fitness. No single exercise or activity will keep your whole body strong, fit and safe from injury. Power based group cycling is currently the most advanced and effective training available on a bike. Strength and flexibility are important parts of any training program. They keep your body balanced and strong to help you prevent injury, feel energetic and well rounded so we offer specialized clinics and group classes, all part of a continuum of fitness programming for the whole body. Of course for those who want to take things a step further one-on-one coaching will help you get there in a healthy and effective way.

The Studio
The bspoke athletics studio is designed to create a motivating and energetic atmosphere. The group cycling area is equipped with excellent sound and video systems for classes, clinics, small group and personal training sessions.
